Vendor/Donation Information

If you are a business in the La Crosse Area and would like to support Uke-A-Palooza 2015, there are many ways for you to help us out:

SPONSOR:  Your business can be a sponsor of the event by donating $100 or $150 in goods/services that we can put in the Silent Auction.  Additionally, your name will be placed on the advertising flier, you have the opportunity to have a booth/table at the event and we will make sure that everyone knows that you helped to make the U-A-P a wild success.  Any profit from your sales at your booth are yours to keep.  Register as a sponsor by April 1 to ensure that your company name appears on our advertising flier.

BOOTH/TABLE:  For $50 or the equivalent in  goods/services, you can have a booth/table at the U-A-P and make contact with a large group of uke minded people.  It's a way to show your wares, gain customers for the future and make some on the spot sales.

DONATIONS:  Our goal for the U-A-P is to generate enthusiasm in the community about ukuleles and music in general.
Financial donations (other than sponsorship amounts), door prizes and silent auction items will all receive verbal recognition day of the event. Proceeds from these donations will help to offset the cost of the event and will help us continue to spread ukulele cheer.

We really do need your support in whatever way fits your budget and interest to make Uke-A-Palooza 2015 a success.  Our mailing list includes over 120 ukulele players and the event will be open to the general public.  Although this is a first time event we are anticipating a good response.

If you have any questions regarding a sponsorship or donation, please feel free to contact Diane @ 608-781-8288.  Sponsorship and monetary donations may be sent to Jack Evans, c/o CheezLand Uke Band, 814 Valley Ct., Onalaska, WI 54650.

We hope you‘ll be a part of Uke-A-Palooza 2015 on May 17th  and help make Uke-A-Palooza the best!
